For some businesses, collecting tips is an important way to generate extra income. Besides that, it is your confirmation of providing a good service.
That’s why we are introducing the option to enable tipping in the Sway app. To enable tipping, open the menu, click on ‘Payment settings’ and then press the toggle next to ‘Collect tips’.
What will my customers see?
When enabled, your customers will see the option to add a tip after scanning the QR code or clicking a payment link.
